Pedro’s Chinese Peanut Noodles

Ingredients:

1 lb spaghetti

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup peanut butter

2 tablespoons sesame oil

4 tablespoons cider or rice wine vinegar

4 cups shredded or chopped vegetables (can be raw or cooked)

4 tablespoons sesame seeds

2 cups bean sprouts (optional)

hot sauce (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

2. Mix together soy sauce, peanut butter and sesame oil with cider or rice wine vinegar.

3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, soy sauce mix and vegetables.

4. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the contents of the bowl.

5. Serve hot or cold!
