Do you like reading and writing about news, movies, books and more? Would you like to share your work with other kids around the country and see your writing in print?

We invite you to join our fun Kid Reporter program! (Checkout our past workshop photos here.)

The workshop will be on Saturdays from noon-3pm on these dates: March 23, March 30, April 6 (optional) & April 13.

Enroll in IndyKids‘ comprehensive reading, writing and critical thinking workshops this spring. Enroll today. Fill out the SPRING WORKSHOP APPLICATION online by March 20.

IndyKids is partnering up with People’s Production House for April’s workshops. Space is limited to 15 students, so please apply and email your April 2012 KRP application application no later than Sunday, April 1st to info@indykids.org.

Saturday, April 28, 2012; 10am-1pm Completing Your Story and RadioRootzAt the end of the workshop, students are expected to have completed one article to be submitted for an IndyKids issue.

Having worked one-on-one with writers and journalists, kid reporters learn how to write news articles and edit them to be ready for publishing in the newspaper and online.
